Shipping rates and speeds will depend on the items you’ve selected, the shipping speed you’ve selected, and where in the world you are located.

Print Method

We use BookVault to fulfill our book orders via their high quality print-on-demand service. This means that once we receive your order, we will immediately forward it to BookVault, who will print and ship your book, typically within 3 working days. This method of printing is both environmentally friendly and cost-effective, allowing us to pass on the savings to our customers.

Order Processing Time

Once your order has been processed by BookVault, it will be shipped in about 3 working days.

Delivery Time

Delivery times will differ depending on location and shipping options chosen at checkout.

International Shipping

If you are ordering from outside the United States, please note that customs fees and import duties may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. Please note that we do not accept returns for digital products, gift cards, or personalized items. If you are returning a print book, please note that it is printed on demand and will be shipped directly to you in response to your order. To ensure that you receive the correct item, please carefully review your order before submitting it.
